A1.

Please use our shopping cart facilities via 'Hit the Shop'. You can pay via:

PayPal
Paymate (Visa and Master Card credit cards)
Electronic Funds Transfer ... (eft)
Branch Deposit

We accept cash if you are picking up your onesies.

A2.

Our postage costs only cover Australia. So please either email us and ask for a quote on postage or, go ahead and order and we'll let you know how much postage ... will be. You'll have the choice of at least 3 methods.

We only accept payment via PayPal from International Customers.

A3.

Please use our shopping cart facilities via 'Hit the Shop'. ...

A4.

We send within 24 hrs of payment being received. We post your onesie via the Australia Post Express Post service. Provided you are within the Australian Express ... Post network (see below link) you will receive your onesie the day after we post. Deliveries to postcodes outside the express post networks are given the fastest possible delivery (approx. 2 to 3 days).

If you have not received your PJ within a week, please contact us and we'll track it down for you using the tracking number on your satchel.

If you are an international customer, please email us at info@jayspjs.com.au for a quote on postage.

A5.

It all depends on what you buy, but it's approx:

1 x junior or kid = $9
1 x adult = $13
2 to 3 x adults = $16

All postage is sent via express post. Regu ... lar postage is $1 cheaper, but takes 3 times as long, so we don't offer this.

A6.

If your parcel hasn't arrived after a week of ordering:

Please request your tracking number from us and contact your local post office. You can also view the ... tracking of the parcel on the Australian Post website. We can help you with this.

If no record can be found or the parcel is lost we will send a replacement via regular mail (with tracking), unless stated otherwise.

If you leave a note to say 'leave parcel at the letter box / front door' and it goes astray, and Australia Post says it has been delivered, please understand that we cannot be held responsible and you will have to pay for another plus shipping.

Please always check with your neighbors if your parcel hasn't arrive, sometimes they can be nice and hold onto your parcel for 'safe keeping'.

A7.

We will happily exchange your onesies for incorrect choice or size within 30 days of purchase.

You will have to pay all postage costs. Please send them back ... to us with a pre paid self addressed return postbag. Please send with postal tracking or express post, so it can be tracked if it goes astray.

The onesies must be returned in original condition and packaging and must not have been worn around the house or park. Any onesies which show signs of wear will be returned to purchaser.

A8.

Please follow the size chart. It all depends on your height and then your usual size in clothing.

If you want something extra roomy and you are short, why d ... on't you go the x roomy size and get it footless!

A9.

Even though we're an online store (we do not have shop), you're more than welcome to drop by and pick your onesies up to avoid paying postage, however, you cann ... ot try it on. We're based in St Kilda East, Melbourne. Please order your onesies through our 'Hit the Shop' page selecting the 'Pick Up (cash)' option under Payment Method. We will then forward our details onto you and arrange a time.

At the moment we can't, but we are looking to do this in the near future, so stay tuned! ...
